When you connect third-party services (Slack, Notion, GitHub, etc.), we process metadata and content as necessary to provide our federation and retrieval services. We do not permanently store your raw data—we create ephemeral semantic indices that exist only during query execution.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with our services, including API calls, query patterns, and feature usage for analytics and service improvement.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Query logs and analytics are retained for 90 days. Ephemeral semantic indices are automatically purged after query completion—no persistent copies are maintained.
