Metalogue provides a Universal Context Layer that enables enterprise AI systems to access organizational knowledge across multiple data sources. Our services include data synchronization, semantic search, access control, and API endpoints for AI integration.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data not intended for you.

5. Intellectual Property

Metalogue and its licensors retain all rights to the service, including all software, documentation, and proprietary technology. Your data remains yours—we claim no ownership over content you process through our platform.

6. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers are covered by our SLA which guarantees 99.9% uptime. Detailed SLA terms are provided in your enterprise agreement. API rate limits and usage quotas are determined by your subscription tier.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metalogue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
